^yesh, i already covered those things in previous posts
im not gonna reiterate my entire argument in every single post

i was responding to one specific thing someone said
and for that one specific thing i was replying to, it is very valid
but it falters if u take it out of context when regarding it to the original dev update
so if u want my viewpoint on the original update, then read my previous posts

Holy crap. Why is there so much whining? All you people who say "WE WANTZ MOAR ELITZ AREA WTF ANET?@!", you ever think this is quite a big possibility, and that's why they are waiting for April to make sure it goes in smooth? Also, I think the storage thing is great, and I doubt it's going to be more than just adding in extra slots..I predict storage between characters without having to log. The HoM thing is interesting, I would like it to be sooner so I know what to do. That being said, you either do your titles now (as I am almost done doing) or you wait till you find out exactly what the best way to do it is.

Stop whining about things we don't even know about yet and about a FREE game. If you don't like it, you know where the door is.

That being said, I haven't read most of this thread, because I'm going to be late for school. Sorry if I've repeated 30 people

Don't for the bonus pack and expansion slots. Did you get any collectors editions? Only one acct?

I think the free game meant free to play and you both know what was meant.
As for what you purchased that was of your own free will, you were not forced to do so. Any content added to the game other than the purchased items was and is bonus material at no cost to you.

All I have to say is....

...don't get your hopes up too much. Mark my words.

Another storage tab for those that bought GWEN through the online store or something like that, maybe another bonus mission pack type thing. If they go and release a huge Sorrows Furnace-sized content update I'll eat my mouse.

New content is always good though, I guess...assuming I am still playing three months from now. But either way yeah...I'm not overly enthused or upset about it. Just kinda "meh".

".
Hahaha, dude, no matter what I think will happen, I'll keep you to your word just in case we do get something huge.

Ctb - if you're going to quote me, make sense please. You know EXACTLY what I meant. No kidding we have to buy the actual game. You're being stupid for even mentioning it. It is an ongoing MMO, and we pay NOTHING for the extra content, such as SF. They have to keep paying people to work on this game, and we are not being charged for it. Once again, stop whining.

And by the way, your little "surprise surprise" comment was moronic. how does what I said and what YOU said to counteract me relate to me not reading this thread?

If you've still haven't read the rest of this thread, I'd suggest you make sure you read at least this post.

All I'm saying, the devs from the Live Team are indeed doing all they can to make it a big update, just don't expect it to be 'huge'.

An update is good... more stuff would be nice... and I am sure we will learn more as time progresses.... but bodes well for the year....

Can we stop using this "free" thing as an argument? This is the business model A-net chose. Their plan is to fund the game through adding new accounts. We are not "owed" anything, sure, but the fact that there's no monthly fee also does not remove all responsibility.

Yea, I know what was meant.

I also know the game isn't free.

Which is why I don't think I'll be playing any more free-to-play MMOs. I've paid about the same so far for my time in WoW and LOTRO and I'm nowhere near finished with either one. I haven't had anything worthwhile to do in Guild Wars for a year now.

It's all well and good that it's free to play, and it was a nice experiment, but I'd rather pay the monthly fee and have quite a bit more to do. I liked it at first, but after Factions and the Reskin of the North, I think maybe my money can be better directed in the future.

Well we can't help it if you don't search or wait on bargains. I've spent way less than $100 for all 3 chapters and EOTN expansion and extra slots.
